This luxury ski chalet apartment occupies the entire middle floor ofChalet Austria and is only a short walk from the Nasserein lift station and benefits from a great ski in ski out position.Styled and built to the highest standards, this luxury ski apartment retains a warm and chic look with extensive use of old woods and natural stones providing its stunning character.

Accommodating up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms, access is via the lift or stairs where on entering you will find a wonderful open plan living and dining area with traditional Austrian fire. The well equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. The dining area comfortably seets 11.The property also has a second living area with television and small kitchen area.

The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a further 3 bedrooms can either be configured as twin or double rooms. Two of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms while the 3rd room has a separate shower room. The 5th bedroom (en-suite bathroom) has a set of adult size bunks and a single bed, sleeping a total of 3 people. An extra guest toilet is located off the corridor.

Its elevated position affords breathtaking views from the balconies and living area and all the rooms have access to balconies. This luxury ski apartment also has a shared ski locker and boot heating room. In addition our guests have access to the shared Hammam and gym in the lower floor. The property has external parking for 1 vehicle.

The property is sold either or a catered or self catered basis. When catered the food is prepared in the main kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the beautiful surrounds of your own apartment. The luxury ski apartment package also has a shared driver service from 8.30am - 11.00am and 3.00pm - 8.00pm if sold on a full service catered basis.
